"Know thyself" is the most important concept Marla teaches clients, next is changing the language from "I need" to "I want" and then understanding that nothing in your space is a "need".  Needs are air, food, water, shelter, sleep, elimination and sunlight, the 7 things that keep you alive.  Everything else is "I want or I don't want", or "I will or I won't".
